Description One can be the youngest in this 2008-2009 Vendée Globe, and show the maturity of an old adventurer. Jean-Baptiste, fortified by his diploma in naval architecture from the school of Southampton, which is the best in this field, could have joined a complete fabrication project. He has preferred to buy a 2005 boat and work to the progresseive improvement of its potential. For Jean-Baptiste knows where he comes from : the heir to a fishermen's line of descent from Paimpol, called Icelandic. He knows the necessary humility to reach hostiles seas. |
