Description When he takes part to the Vendée Globe in 2004, Sébastien Josse's heart isn't in it, and he has more doubts than certainties. In 2008, the one who will take part to the race is not the sort of type to boast, and yet... In four years, the young sailor from Nice dubbed by the brotherhood of "Fiarists" of Port-la-Forêt has gone a long way. After a model Vendée Globe, he ended at the fifth place of the race, in spite of a boat whiwh could not compete with the stars. The stem and the rigging unusable, after he unfortunately met a growler which nearly sinked his ship, at the time he had showed an unfailing determination which commanded everybody's admiration. |
