Description A second distress beacon has been set off on VM Matériaux at about 10 am (French hour). And the plane of the Chilean navy has flied over Jean Le Cam singlehull until a quarter to eleven this morning : the ship is upside down. On the other hand, an oil tanker, the Snalgol-Kassanje, has arrived in the area : the sailors can see the upside down singlehull. |
