Maui Diving

Hello.
I'm coming to Maui Nov.7th to the 15th and would like to get some local advice on Dive companies, dive sites and local divers to possibly do a shore dive with. Also should Lanai be one of my destinations? Always open for all the advice I can get. Just read post from RIDiver and now I really can't wait to get there.
